I've been looking through a few forums and while there's an extensive amount of info about arcade monitors I couldn't find much about regular crts. Maybe they're just that simple and need no explanation but for whatever reason I can't get my crt to work for my pc. I have the video set to 640 x 480 32 bit and have my pc connected with a vga to rca cable to my tv. The picture comes out with a barely recognizable desktop in black and white. Any tips on what I'm doing wrong?
